Running a 68 s-code 4bbl manifold with a autolite 4300...the large port on the carb spacer is blocked with a plug (that's the spacer I got with an autolite 4100 from someone else), stock manifolds, using a oil filler cap with a hole in the top..
Currently I have a PCV valve on the passenger side rear with a hose that hooks to a crankcase breather filter on the air cleaner...and I have an elbow coming off the oil filler cap going to another crankcase breather filter on the air cleaner....(this is my doing...noticed multiple ports on the air cleaner and just hooked em up) It has been suggested in another post that this configuration would rob the engine vaccum...and one of these ports should run to a manifold vaccum port.
Question is...how should I have hooked up the PCV system with this setup...
This way, passenger side oil filler cap has a pcv valve and the hose runs to the carb. spacer port that is currently blocked. Driver’s side oil filler cap has elbow and a hose connecting to the breather filter in the air cleaner.
