Unfortunately like mhg said, they won't fit. I had a line on the same wheels and some tires for $100 but I didn't want to spend the money on adapters.
The trucks changed in 99+ so if you find some 98 and older F 250/350, then you'll be good to go.

I'd suggest, just to be sure, take one down to a tire store with your existing spare and have them put the gauge on them. I've heard that the trucks changed in '99 but some of the earlier '99 trucks still had the old 8 on 6.5 pattern.
