I had my code scanned last night at Auto Zone on my 1997 F-150 4x4 with 158,000 miles on it.
The code reads as follows:
P-1450
Unable to bleed up fuel tank Vacum
Explanation:
ECM running system monitor and detected excessive vacum in the fuel tank/EVAP system.
Probable causes
1. Blocked EVAP canister or vent solenoid
2. Kinked or collasped hose between canister and fuel tank.
3. Failed fuel tank pressure (FTP) sensor.
Has anyone ever delt with this code before? What would be the best place to start trouble shooting this code?
