Well it would be if that had ever been a chebbie truck (note the rear coil springs and track bars) Looking at he engine would guess possibly old pontiac.

well it use to be old chevy pick up that needed 12 inches taken out of frame then needed an old flury 400 to push them plywood floor boards around. and a 45 gallon fuel cell supplies the fuel. hahaha we run it out on the back roads around here.
