Rusted Brake lines

After blowing out a rusted metal brake line on my F350, I figured I'd better check the lines on my 98 F150 4.2, 4wd, and sure enough the metal lines front, and back are very badly rusted.

Guess I better change them out, before they blow on me.

Question......are these lines 3/16" O.D.?

i just finished at 96 Explorer. bouth several 4 adn 6 ft sections of 3/16 line. special fittings at the ABS brake valve so i started 6 inches after that. cut the line and installed a special steel compression fitting i get at NAPA, then run toward the wheel. go all the way to the brake line.

Do not use compression fittings. Flare the ends of the line and use a union.

My lines, and fittings are very rusty from the MC down.

So, I'm also worried about them blowing between the MC and the ABS.

The special fitting is the long skinny one coming out of the ABS Valve?

All the fittings look so corroded it is doubtful they can be re-used.
