302 to EFI
I have a 71 302 in my 66 Bronco. I am interested in converting to EFI and have an upper/lower intake, disto, various other parts that I had planned to convert this motor with rather than use a TBI conversion. But someone who I trust said that it *may* work but the cam is for a carb, flat tappet vs roller, and it may not work.
Is this an issue?

If your going speed density it will most likely be an issue but not for mass air. The type of cam isn't an issue just the specs. Speed density it has to be 114 lobe separation, under 216 intake duration @ .050 and under 220 exhaust duration @ .050. Mass air doesn't have these limits.
