Most Ford dealers would have a quality one ...... but AP stores sell them too.
You should consider this kit..... Summit light kit.......
They are part # SUM-890030 for 9004 (1988-1991)bulbs and SUM-890031 for the 9007 (1992-1997)bulbs. Summit can be reached at 1-800-230-3030. $39.95
OR you can do it this way.....
