Wheel adapter question

I am looking to put a set of Ford 8x170 16" alloys on my brother's 01' E350. The stock steel rims on the E350 are 8 x 6.5, and are also 16's. Does anyone know of a reasonably priced adapter to fit these newer wheels? Thanks in advance.

Billet adapters are expensive and no safe way around it. AIM industries has reasonably priced ones about $50 each. It would be cheaper though to get the right wheels.

Thanks for the response. We will probably look at going with the correct wheel.
