closed knuckle hubs

quick ? how do you drain the gear lube out of closed knuckle hubs? i see a fill plug be need to get the old dirty stuff out first. thanks

Take one of the bolts out on the bottom. The ones that hold the lower king pin in. They don't hold very much.

thanks. i removed all 4 bolts and let the plate drop down to drain faster, then flushed out with brake cleaner.
