rough idle

rough idle
put a new pcm in a buddys truck had a very hard time starting then it started then it idled real rough like a masive cam then the turbo was winnin really bad the turbo noise went away but now when you start it it idles reall rough until you rev it up

Was the new PCM the same as original?
I would say the IPR is plugged up

yea it was a remanurfactured one i was kind of thinkin the CPS

Why did you replace the PCM ? ...What was the problem?....

an edge evo messed up his computer or so the ford dealer said

it ran great and no its a different computer he was downloading it back to stock and when he tried to start it it wouldnt

Look at the new PCM & make sure all the little pins are in place & none of them are bent.....
