I'm having little problem in my Business/Government Relations so maybe somebody can help.

I need to find an article (subject is not important) written by economist in professional journals.

I used library resources in 3 colleges in my city and all of them are only newspapers and magazines, which are not accepted.

So does anyone have any idea where can I find an article written by economist in professional journals?
