05 F150 Mods

My sister has a '05 F150 with a 4.6 that she uses to tow a 3 horse gooseneck trailer. She's griping about power and wants to buy a 1 ton with a powerstroke. While that would be neat and all, i think it would be major overkill and i hate to see her spend that much for a new truck. Anyone got any suggestions on exhaust, headers, air intake, throttle body, chip/programmer, ect. seems like there are way too many options and I'm looking for suggesrions.

Id have to say i heard the most positive feedback on the 4.6 was a chip programmer exhaust cold air intake and all that even chip programmer wakes the truck up
