Student tears mexican flag

Most of yall are right, he did what anyone with any sense of Pride would do. I live in one of the most hispanic infested states there is, and you would never see a mexican flag above or even with an American Flag. About the flag laws, I think Texas is the only state allowed to fly its flag even with the American flag, all others are lower. I dont hat mexicans, but if your going to come here, do what is right, make an honest living, and live like an American. I am so sick of seeing Mexican kids in school fighting, acting lazy, and not giving a darn about anything. They use a lawnmower as an excuse for everything and it is really old. I am glad our nation is cracking down on illies and I hope that mexican immigration will decrease. Our country is crowded enough as it is. God Bless America!

My quandary here is - if there was a flagpole, and there was no flag on it, WHY was there no american flag being flown?
WHY did the school not have it's own national flag posted?
It seems to me that there is a matter of NEGLECT at issue here, and the school itself has some answering up to do...

I just don't get why it seems every college and university in this country are doing their best to make themselves irrelevant and their degrees worthless.

actually, i think it comes under private property. even if the flag was flying illegally, it is still private property there for someone just can't go up to it and destroy it. that would be like parking your truck illegally and some guy coming over and smashing the windows out, or stealing it because it is.
but i think it is on the news just because it is a mexican flag, an american flag would have never gotten any notice.
