Bed Weight
Can anyone tell me the weight of a styleside short bed for a '79 Ranger? Just the bed, complete with tailgate.
Or, better yet, post a link or two to sites where specs can be researched?

That is an excellent question.
I have often wondered myself, but never weighed one.
If I had to guess 375 pounds with the gate.
It fels like 150 pounds when I carry one side at the wheel well but you know how things feel lighter when you divide the load up.
Just a guess.
