fuel pump
is there a fuel pump that is better than the others for the 400. Summit lists one made by Mr Gasket for 58 bucks. the same pump from advance auto parts is over a hundred. is this a good pump. what is everybody else using?

well the motor is going in a 66 F100 that i am building to be a show truck, so i was looking at the Mr Gasket pump cause its a little more pleasing to the eye than a stock pump. the cost isnt really an issue cause i'm only buying parts as i get the money and its not like the motor or truck has to be done tomorrow

I bought a chrome Summit brand pump for my 351c a few years back.You could see on it where the Holley sticker had been peeled off and still had a tag on it with the Holley part number.I think it was about $45 but I could be wrong,check their website as it might not be in their catalog.
