OK, I have read for over 3 hours and still haven't found the answer to what may be leaking. It is not the fuel pump or the housing. It is underneath/behind the turbo near the back of the engine. There is a little rod about 3-4 " long that, right after start up, moves out then moves back in. It appears to be dripping from wherever that rod originates but it is hidden by the turbo. It only leaks when the engine is running.
I took photos of it and tried to put it in my gallery but I am not sure that I did it correctly.
Any suggestions? I think I am going to have to pull off the turbo to see what the problem is. Any suggestions there?
Turbo Pedestal, EBPV is your likey source for the leak. Not an easy repair, but it will give you an opportunity to eliminate the EBPV valve altogether. TJ Beggs has a write up on it IIRC..or you can search for it.EBPV=Exhaust Back Pressure Valve
sounds like you have 2 leaks...assuming you smell fuel??????
if you see oil dripping off the EBPV rod....its leaking...there cant be fuel there
unhooking it wont fix the leak....modding your pedistal, or plugging it will fix the oil leak...you have to RNR the pedistal for that
if you got fuel on your oil pan, and cant see it coming from the fuel canister, water seperator section, or the hoses, your fuel pump is leaking
there is a small hole in the bottom of the fuel pump that will leak from the diaphram...starts small at first, then as you run the truck at high load, high rpm, you can fill the valley with fuel, and when you stop it runs out the back
of the valley and down the passenger side...
there have been tons of posts on this and alot of people say you need to clean the valley out real good and dry and then start the truck and watch closely for the first signs of fuel...flashlight helps...
most likely causes...
orings in water seperator mechanism
bad hoses under fuel canistor
loose hose clamps
fuel pump diaphram(bad fuel pump)
when I first got the dreaded "fuel smell" and puddle, I just bought all
the stuff to RNR the whole system, new pump, new orings, new hoses
oh, and there could be an issue with the canister itself,,,I have heard of some guys that have experienced the bottom of the canister rotting out...
if mine did that, I would put on a electric system with super duty pumps and move on...that canister is pretty pricey if you cant find a used one...

not neccesarily, depends on the leak at the rod, mine leaked only when the ebp actuated, i unplugged it over a year ago and not a drop since
yes its a pricey hunk of crap, the last canister i put in was from being rotted out(they never drained it) it was almost 500 bucks for just the can
How do I get the Turbo Off to get to it? Is there a post somewhere explaining it?
When you say "unhook it", is it just mechanical or are there electrical connections I have to unhook? I still haven't been able to get the turbo off to see what exactly you guys are talking about.
my mechanical connection is still attached, its the rod under the turbo outlet
the elctrical is the 2 wire connector just under the turbo inlet, that is all i unplugged.
you can see where the rod goes into the pedastoll if you **** your head sideways and look under the turbo outlet pipe where the turbo bolts to the pedastool you can see it.

This is the electrical connection (from Neal) I hope this helps you:
Thanks to everyone who has answered my posts. We got everything taken apart and have found hoses that need replacing and the boot from the turbo needs replaced (can only find at dealership :-( ) We are going to clean the engine up and replace all the bad hoses and o-rings and fuel/water seperator and put it all together and see if the leak is gone.
Thanks again for all the help. This is a great group of people!
