I am about to order a Skyjacker 6" kit with rear blocks and Skyjacker Nitro shocks for my 02 F250. Do any of you run this kit, and what are your opinions? I don't want to spend the $$$$ on a DR or coilover kit.
A 6" lift usually only lifts the rear 2-3" compared to a stock F350. As long as it is a one piece block it shouldn't be that big of a deal. For 8" and up you should definitely not use a block though.
the pitman arm is a additional part, you can get the rear springs later or run ladder bars if you like, I ran limit straps on mine to keep the front driveshaft from being over extended, I also used the extended s/s brake lines, I also got the rear springs later to stop the axle hop.

well, if your keeping your truck for a while you will DEFFINATLY appreciate the $$ spent on springs.
If you just drive your truck ocasionaly and don't care if it ruptures your kidneys when you drive it, any old manufactuer will do. For what it's worth, Skyjacker is my favorite for the mass manufactuers kits.
