2. With the engine cool, drain radiator & block (drains are on the rear of the block -- one is oil, don't pull that one!!). Remove stock stat and put stock housing back (doesn't matter if it leaks this is just for flushing).
3. Fill with distilled water, run truck for a few minutes to circulate. Repeat drain & refill with distilled.
4. Drain again and put your new 203* stat back in.
5. Fill with ELC.
Yes, there will be a bit of water in the block, and if you're really ****, you could get the non-premixed and add four gallons, then top off with distilled water, but it would work using 50/50 since it doesn't get cold there. Look here for the stat & housing (scroll down):

EDIT: This would be a great time to install the AC mod as well. It keeps the hot coolant from flowing through the heater core when the AC is on Max. Makes it much cooler that way. I typically see 39-45 degrees now instead of 50s coming out the vents. It's also available from DieselSite here:
