Did some pulling with the 150
I went to a friends shop today and the salvage company was there to pick up two wrecks. They were both nosed in at an angle he couldn't get to with the huge truck he had, They asked if I thought my 150 would pull them out to where he could get them. Being the proud owner of a F150 4X4 I just couldn't resist. I backed up to the first one, a Nissan Pathfinder with the front driven in and chained it to the trailer hitch and drug it across the lot. then came the second one a Chevy C2500 extended cab 4X4 with the front pushed back to the firewall!!! This one had all the wheels locked and couldn't steer it. I hooked the chain to this one and as I pulled it actually hopped across the lot with locked wheels and looked like it was trying to get away as I pulled. The Ford pulled both trucks with stuck or locked wheels across a stone lot without even spinning a wheel!!!! I made alot of Ford beleivers today with this truck.

Yeah. Just 2 weeks ago, I helped a friend of mine pull the engine out of a 70's model Chevy (he's a chebbie guy), but the truck was located in the far bottom end of a field. So I hook my truck up to it, and it has 3 flat tires and is locked in gear, and I pull it 100 yards up a steep hill (grass, with gravel at the top). Lets just say that when I walked up it, I was out of breath within 30 yards....almost like climbing stairs. But, she pulled it just fine and never spun a wheel.
