Hi Guys: Just want to say hi, came across this site a few days ago and it seems like a great place to share info. Ive been a shadetree mechanic for years, and sometimes it good to be able to call on others for an opinion on a baffling problem. Hope you all have a great day!
Steve
Hi and welcome Steve.
A lot of us are shade tree mechanics and hot rodders with a few baffling problems from time to time.
Be sure to visit the Ontario Chapter: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum93/ for local events and fellow members.
Thanks for the welcome Fomoko1 ! Its a pretty neat site , Im still kind of clumsy navigating through it as of yet . There are many forum headings to read and post to. What would be the best one to post to for tech advice on a 92 F350 5.8 that runs rich,Btw I bought my bike from a place in Pilotte Butte over the net and had it shipped to me a couple of years ago.
Hi Ringadingh, try the 1987 - 1996 F150 And Larger F-Series Trucks forum: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum28/ and the Fuel Injection, Carburetion and Fuel System forum: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum72/
It took me a while to learn to navigate FTE too but it was much easier once I spent some time on here.
It`s interesting about your bike coming from Pilotte Butte. A private deal?
No , the guy is a dealer for cars trucks bikes tractors etc, He picks up bikes in th U.S. and sells them here, he has pretty good pricing on his bikes compared to here.
