Differential Vent/Tube...
I think I need to extend the tube/vent coming out of the differentail (97 Ranger 4x4, 3.0). I don't go through anything that deep very often but I don't feel like changing the fluid every time. Can I just add some rubber tubing on to the existing tube or should I just replace the whole thing. Or if anyone else has done anything different. Thanks in advance for the help and advice. John

You could splice on to the existing tube if you wish. By the time you buy a fitting and clamps you would equal the cost of the extra hose. You can extend your hose as high as you want. I put a breather on the ends of mine to keep crap out.
