whats it called?
i need a used 99 4x4 xlt front "shroud?", or "plastic bumper" or "valance"? does it have to be a 99 or what is my range. i know the 97 wont fit. any help is cool. danke

Look around local scrap yards. You might find one there.
The valance is the big plastic peice under the bumper, is that what your talking about?

'99-'03 is what you want to look for. I assume you mean the bumper pad that goes on top of the bumper.
