dealer installed remote starter
Picked up my '02 screw in Feb. Dark Highland Green, 5.4, 4wd, tow pkg, cloth power heated seats... I asked the dealer about the FORD remote starter, (didn't mind to pay for dealer install b/c of warranty) both the salesman & parts dep't recommended against this. They claimed it messes up the computer & that they had nothing but problems with these, including fire, starter not working even with key & starter not stopping. Just wondering if anybody out there has one installed & if they had any problems? Thanks!
