I'm looking for some headers for my 390 and don't know what spec to get. I'm building a high compression 390 with a strong street cam, and all the other goodies. I was looking at some headers and was confused by all the different variations. The truck is going to be more street rod than anything, any suggestions? Will be going on a 74' model.

 

What kind of variations? there's long tube, shortie, equal length and regular. Ceramic coated, painted. I would say just pick up a set of long tubes from a decent manufacture.
