vacuum line connection question

vacuum line connection question
Where on a 1998 4.2 v6 is the fuel pump regulator control? Is it next to the IMRC on the left, (if you where looking straight at the engine)? I have to connect the red vacuum line to it.
Secondly, the tan colored vacuum line goes to the vacuum modulator valve, correct? Where is the VMV located? I have to connect the vacuum line to it as well.
These are the last two things to connect after an engine swap.
