02 Expy code P0174 after P0308
My 02 Expy 4.6 is giving a P0174 code (bank 2 lean)...HISTORY: It all started with it running rough at idle and through acceleration and cruise range and seemed to be worse after a fill-up. Wife filled it up this last time, started the truck and it started missing worse afterwards, the service engine light came on. Pulled 1 code (P0308) misfire on #8...replaced plugs and swapped #8 COP with #2 COP and cleared the code. Test drove, still missing (running real rough). Pulled 1 code (P0174) lean on bank 2...the P0308 code is now gone.
My thought is it may be the #8 injector.<O:p</O:p
Items Tested:<O:p
Spark firing triggers, power (-/+) and resistance at the COP's are good<O:p></O:p>
Cleaned MAF sensor (easy and just for grins)
New air filter (easy and just for grins)
Can't find any vacuum leaks
Any thoughts before replacing the #8 injector (80.00 bucks) or taking it to the dealership...(Big $$$$$$$$)
