Drivers door
Every time i get in and out of the truck i have problems shutting the door. Everytime i try to shut it, it just comes back and doesnt lock tp the latch. I really have to push on it to shut it. I oiled the lock that locks on to the latch on the body and the door worked and shut fine for an hour but then it started acting up again. What do u guys think?

this may sound stupid but, check your outside door handle. mine stuck once and the door popped back open after i tried to shut it. i pushed the handle back into position and it latched perfectly.

The door handle does stick open. The when u press the key pad, the door lock doesnt lock, but it will lock from the inside. I did oil that and it worked fine for a couple of hours then it stated to act up. Do u guys think i need a new door latch? How hard would they be to change by myself and how much?
