Hey i just called autozone about some parts and just out of curosity i asked if they could get a 428 crank and they said that they could have it here tomorrow for $270.00 plus tax is this for real or are they just mistaken?Has anybody tried one if so was it what they said it was.

Been there done that. They told me they didn't have any when I tried but I would still give it a valiant effort if I was you. Never hurts to ask.

Autozone sells cranks? are they new grinds? Not sure if I would buy a 428 crank from Autozone...might be a headache in a box

If I remeber right I was checking out there site and saw something like that. They are reconditioned (like everything else they sell) cranks 1ub and 1ua were listed when I looked. If I remeber right.
