Tune -up ?

I purchased my 1970 F-250 360. It's a real nice truck, now I need to tune her up. The truck sat for several years, I replaced all the oils and the gas, it fires up straight away but bogs with gas applied until it's moving and even then it sputters. I can not remember how to set points, I have all the specks just not the memory, also the timing, I am assuming that it is with the vacum line attached. In a nut shell if someone chould please refresh my memory on an old school tune up I would be forever grateful.

Thanks for the reply Brother, I have the specs but not the remembering. I realize that I am asking alot but I am hoping for some schooling.
1970 F-250, 360, 4sd, 2wd thats it.
