I was wondering what brand name of gaskets is the best for my 390 also keep in mind my budget is relativily small
all help is greatly appreciated

Go to autozone. You can get a complete engine gasket kit for 61.99 and its made by felpro which in my opinion is some of the best gaskets out there.

I don't know what intake you are using. But, the Ebock intakes recomend not using fel-pro blue gaskets. I think that is the gasket they are refering to. It is a standard gasket but around the port area there is a blue looking O-ring type thing. Apparently they have a tendancey to fail.
