Bad ldle at light

Hi everyone i'm new to this site and just purchased last month a 2005 F150 XLT with a 5.4 extended cab love the truck but when i get to a set of lights and sit there for any amount of time the idle kreeps down to 500 then the truck starts to shake . Has anyone else have this problem . I took it back to the dealer a ford dealer and they reprogramed it , check the IAC and installed new plugs with no change they said that they need to talk to ford and see what else it could be . Anyone have any ideas. Thanks skidoos

I just had the same thing going on and replaced the iac/tps and it solved the problem.

I would change the TPS. Have had this issue on a previous vehicle and the TPS cured it.

These trucks use a "drive by wire" system, but I would think it still uses a TPS.
