Is that on an older motor or a fresh rebuild, my brother jeff had 95 pounds oil pressure in his 73 cougar when he rebuilt 351 cleveland and I was hoping to get at least 70 pounds pressure in my 390 after I put it back together

Fresh, with a standard pump. I would be concerned about those high pressures. You need oil to all of the turning parts, but you don't need a pressure washer. IMHO
