If your ICP is that low Then The IPR is stuck open.
I believe he replaced the ICP after the test and does not have a code reader to check what it's reading now. He's down to process of elimination. I agree the IPR is a good place to start.
Between 134 and 155 ICP. If an injector Popit sticks It will have 3-450 PSI I seen This Many times It is best to read the IPR Duty cycle and the ICP at the same time. If the IPR is stuck open The Duty cycle will go above 52% But the ICP will be below 300.
If the pressure is low and the duty cycle is low then something is telling it not to build pressure.
I say the IPR is stuck open Reach In a tap it lightly with a hamer and may be it will start or replace it.
I tried taping it but that didn't work. I found this:Alliant Parts The Injection Pressure Regulator (IPR) valve controls the oil bypass circuit of the high pressure pump. These new IPR valves are available for 1994-2003 Ford Power Stroke and International T444E / DT466E / I530E vehicles. $138.09
That is not Bad, The best I ever did was 2 for $20.00 on ebay brand new But that will never happen again LOL
Did you try Ebay They have them on there most times under $100 New
Yeah.. looked on Ebay too. The best they had was for $185.00. I will keep checking though.... Just got a EBP sensor today for $19.99 new in factory plastic. Dealer wants $123.00 for the same 1. I got the EBP sensor cause last time the truck didn't start, I was told to unplug the EPB sensor and try and the damn truck started(thatwas a week ago). Now, still now start just crank

Yeah.. For some reason the 6.0 IPR's are considerably cheaper than the 7.3's. What the hell is ford thinkning putin all these freakin crap sensors on these rigs.. This is makin me wanna go back to a gasser...
Yeah saw that 1 but, its still back to 170 total w/ shipping and all. Tryin to be at or under the $150 mark if I can. Believe me brother when I tell you, ever penny counts for me right now.... Good lookn out....
No haven't tried them yet gonna give em a call today and see what the IPR's are goin for. I will keep yall posted. BTW is there a socket out there that is deep enough to remove the IPR? If so what/where do I pick 1 up?
I use a 1 1/8 deep and i dont push the ratchet all the way in, it is 1/2 inch drive so the IPR end slides in where the ratchet would be if i put it all the way in.( did you get that LOL sounded hard to grasp and I was the one saying it.
It works, gets me by I will make a special scocket some day when i have nothing to do. LOL right I will be 6 foot under then.

Cool. Was there anything else that you removed that was in the way of getting the IPR out?
