Thinking of the prospect of a new turbo project, I got onto the thought train of the exhaust. The odds of me being able to find the header that I need are slim to null, so I was thinking of making some. I could just buy a bunch of "U" bends in whatever size and thickness and start cutting and welding.
Besides alot of fab work, and the fact that they more than likely wont be equal length, with there be any downfalls? I was thinking of getting them ceramic coated after its all said and done. Will not being equal length be a major issue?
Mabey a bung for a EGT sensor? This will be a carbed project, so no need for o2 sensor bungs.
i seen someone for a lightning turbo build make there turbo headers with 3 T's and a 90 at the back of the motor on each side then the front just pointed at the front of the motor
