chip or not

I bought my 95 f-250 psd used, Is there any-way I could tell if my pick-up has a programmer or chip in it?

Remove the E brake & look at the back of the PCM ,, If there is a black cover on it ,no chip... That is where they go....

That will tell you if there is a chip but not a programer.If you know someone who has one for your truck try to install a program if it doesn't take probably programed.
