I was wondering if anyone could run my setup on a desktop dyno. My high torque cam has 270 degrees intake duration and 280 degrees on the exhuast side. I am running c8ae-h heads and a 68 mustang 4 barrel intake off of a 428 it has the "S" on it, everthing else is stock
any help appreciated
thanx
Steve

Gotta have a little more info. At least compression ratio, carb size, exhaust type, cam brand and part number (or the event specs).

The event specs are on the cam spec card and are labeled IVO, IVC, EVO and EVC. I think the lift specs you have are incorrect. with a .201 cam lift you will only have a .354 cam lift which is way too small.

The specs in the cataloge say that the cam should have .484 valve lift on the intake side with .514 lift on the exhaust side, I just read what was on my cam box, and the numbers match (part numbers) from the cataloge to my cam so maybe there is a misprint on the spec card that is pasted to the cam box.

I need the lobe displacement angle from your cam. It can range from 106 - 116 and it makes a huge difference.
