One thing I might add for anyone reading this. Tire size calculation DOES NOT RECALIBRATE YOUR SPEEDOMETER. It just calibrates the shift points for the trans. So before you go getting yourself a ticket, best bet (with the SCT uninstalled) is to have the dealership calibrate the ECM for your tire size.
Kuhmo evidently doesn't put the Rev/mile numbers on their site. You will have to contact them directly to find that out.
Mrxlh, I didn't realize the Xcal couldnt change the speedometer settings. Any idea why that is. Seems silly to have the same info in two different systems.
Because on the PSD the speedometer calibration is linked with the ABS system. For the obvious reasons, (crash liability) those ecm calculations are left alone.
Just put in the agg street from Matt and WOW what a difference from stock. Of course my test drive to work in the morning included rain and wet roads but stepping on the throttle and walking a crew cab dually sideways gave me a big smile. It tries really hard to spin the tires even when the roads are dry, never expected that much from just using matt's tune.
