Sensor?

This morning my 01 Powerstroke, when I turned the key, it made a rattle noise under the dash. The truck would spin and spin and spin, but never even try to fire. I found a box under the dash that was shaking, I pulled the bottom dash panel off, found the box that was shaking, it was a little black cover, when I pulled it off there was three plug in things inside, pulled them out, they are numbered F57B-14B192-AA , 2 of those, and one big blue box numbered TBB89. What is this and are these what are causing it to not crank?

Those plugs are most likely relays. They will do that when the power supply is low enough. It sounds like you have some weak batteries. Power enough to spin the engine is not always enough to start it. If you have a multi meter, you can check the voltage at the batteries while attemting to crank. Should not fall much below 11volts or it will not start.
