..... for padding when climbing up into the engine compartment. I got to thinking about this after John311T, and JTHarvey spent all weekend up on top of their engines.
Here is a pic of the old pool float that I use. A neighbor was putting it in the trash and, hmmm, I wonder. Yep, it works great
That does look far more comfortable than my old blanket.
It is a little redenck but hey, so is me using a kitchen chair to climb up or to stand on while working on the truck. Mama finally told me no more of that so now I have a Topside Creeper on my Christmas list.
The most comfortable approach that works for me (most of the time) is either my 18- or 15-year old son.
Seriously, though, great use of your resources, Brandon.
I have a shorty table I built for putting Christmas trees in front of windows that is the perfect hieght to step up onto, is extremely strong (has to be to hold up my current stature of 270 lbs), has a very wide footprint with the legs angled out and cross-supported, and has a top that is about 2'x2' square and slides right up to my bumper at the perfect height.
Again, I gotta ask, does it come in red, cause I gotta have red? Good Idea, maybe call it... mmmm.... bdredneck mod...
Oh yeah, what's the chances of getting the beer holders on the top side?
OK I'm gett'n in line for my order too. In white Please. OH and can you have'm turn the drink holder right side up please. Thanks Country(BD'S MOTOR MAT)

I use a kitchen step stool and then lay across there, ouch. What was that mod called that used the hooks attached to a board that hooked into the tow eyes? I haven't seen or heard of that one in a while.
