Hello I have a 1983 Ford F250 with ten inches of lift and 44's on it and I have been having problems with the steering. I had broke a steering box, so I had replaced that and put a new power steering pump in and it still doesnt steer right. Any Suggestions. Thank you

Duh, lets see there beavis... u should be happyyou have steering with 44's and 10" of lift.
Any Suggestions? Yeah. Put the original size tires back on it and remove the 10" lift kit. If you want a "monster truck" you have to build it from scratch with a custom frame and suspension. With those tires and a 10" lift kit, about the only thing it will be good for is breaking parts.

Do you still have the TTB front axle under it or did you swap in a solid axle? With a 10" lift and 44's, that's a lot of weight to try to steer around and your stock setup is not up to it. Heck, these truck wander around the road with stock tires! You probably need to look at going to a full hydraulic steering setup.

Any idea where I would look to purchase a hydraulic steering setup?
I'm not 100% sure where to get a hydro steering setup, but the guys in the offroad forum might be able to help you out. I think A few guys run them and they like the fact that they don't wander all over the road.
