Front Axle
Hey Fellers, I'm really trying to get the 79 back on all fours befor winter get here. I have my left side steering knuckle, and all four ball joints bought. Also have a bad lockout hub, but I'm not sure how to tell wich front axle I have. I'm looking at Warn lockout hubs. Their websight shows part number 20990 for a 79 F150 reg cab, 400m auto.
But other "parts places" are asking, what axle???? Dana 44 or the Dana 60??? How many splines??? I took off a hub this evening, 19 splines..... But still not sure wich axle....................
