Hey guys. Just traded my '01 F-150 4X4 SC for an '07 just like it. I had 265,000 miles on the '01. Are there any tips on improving the MPG's? I do a lot of travelling without pulling any trailers, etc. Also, are there any pitfalls I need to look out for on the '07? Thanks.

i've had my 07 for 6 months now and i've had 0 problems....i get 16 to 17 mpg and i've got a 5.4L with 3.73's 4x4....the best advise i can give you is to be light on the skinny pedal....if you do that you'll be ok...

Mine has the 5.4 also. Has anyone tried different air filtration systems or exhaust set ups? If so, does it help the MPG's at all? Thanks
