to remove radiator support you should just have to remove the top bolts and the bottom bolts and it should come loose. I have not YET done this on any of my trucks being most of my incedidents have been rear end damage. But every honda' or any other vehical i have had this issue with. The radiator core support can be tanken out with 4 bolts and you can replace with a new or used one.

but i believe they are affected by the radiator support? the harnesses for the headlights i think sit on the support and its all damaged in there. the previous owner hit something hard enough to dent it in about 2 in or so. but the main thing is that its just drop in and out. not that hard mabye an hour to do it fixing the head lights etc?

those pieces are weld in and they have to be cut out. and new ones welded in. is there any way you can clear the area of all the wiring and all and use a hammer and dolly to straighten it enough tomake the headlight straighter?

Tear it down, get a spot weld cutter from Harbor Freight for 5$, cut out the welds and replace with a straight one. You will probably have to separate the front body mounts to get it all the way out.

I just ordered two spot weld cutters to tear apart the 88' parts rig I have in my yard. It's to darn dry to use a torch or grinder and I don't want another Moonlight fire starting in my back yard!
