My truck is still at the dealer and they want $900 to change the IPR sensor. They say $300 for sensor and $600 labor because they gotta take the HPOP out to get to the sensor.
I'm not a very good mechanic but I have changed the ICP and the CPS sensors myself. What tools would I need to change the sensor and where do you guys recommend I look for a cheap IPR sensor. Any help would be great, I gotta get that truck up and running. Thanks
I know that a deep socket is the best. I didn't have the right one when I pulled mine out and use a plumbing tool. I think it is called a shower valve socket. Worked great, already had the hole through the socket to use a screwdriver to work in the tight area. Man, your dealer ain't your friend.

I will look for the tool at home depot. Thanks! I guess $161 for the IPR ain't a bad price. How long did it take to get the IPR out? Yeah these Dealers out here will try and take you for a ride if u let em....
