I get it between 40-50mph with my BFG's.. I've been told it's just Wheel Hop..

No, you have an issue that you need to look at. My SD is smooth as fast as I care to go, well over 70mph. First thing I would try is swapping out the shocks for bilstiens, even if they don't fix the bounce it will make for a better ride. Second, I would play musical tires until you find one or two that is out of round or warped.

Hmm odd.. I never had the issues until I put on the BFG's.. My Bridgestone Duelers were just fine..

Looks like I'll be flipping tires then..

You might also want to have them road force balanced. I am not completely sure of how it works, but it appears to put a load on the tires during balancing so it can account for some deformation.

It could also be the alignment. with the lift, you need an intelligent mechanic to arrange the caster, camber and toe-in. Stock spec's don't work, and guess work isn't much better. A minor bit off amplifies at speed, then add an out of round tire and you end up with a very difficult time diagnosing your problem. However, check the tires out first.

I'm pretty sure alignment is good.. She drives straight.. Let go of the wheel and she doesn't move.. It just shakes the steering wheel and gets worse at higher speeds.. I just figured it for drive line.. I did a work over this last weekend.. Check all the wheel joints, knuckles, rods, bolts, everything.. Not a single thing loose.. She was aligned after the install for the lift. Ford did the install but hell its worth a check

Thanks ReAX
