In this day and age it would be wise to stock some Iodide tablets in your medicine cabinet, If there is a dirty bomb or suitcase nuke attack, Taking the iodide pills will prevent the uptake of radiation to your thyroid!! Search for potassium iodide pills especially if you live in a big bullseye err I mean big city!
