And my speed today. No complaints about either. Nothing to brag about but it is well within what I am paying for.

I have no ideal what these numbers mean.

I'm also using the wrong type of cable....with bad connectors.

It seems to change often.

Anyone explain, in layman terms, why up-load speeds are much slower than download speeds.

Why can't they be the same?
