Same here. It depends on the time of day though, during the day it does okay, but in the afternoon when everyone is on sometimes I cant even get it to load.

The price for cable kept getting higher and the speed kept getting slower,
so I cut them lose.
My dial up aint but $9.95 a month. If I really had a need for speed I would go back for it.
