I did a GMC Jimmy........Found the liner material on ebay.......guy sells it in the size you need........foam backed.......hardest part was getting the headliner out.......He sends a sheet with some directions and hints about how to do it too.
If you do it......make sure you use the 3M brand of spray glue that is for headliners........most of the ones sold in stores are not for high heat applications........look on their website.......I had to order it too. Been a long time but it seems it was the 3M90 or something like that.
Never did a Ford......might be a different material that you can just re-spray and get back up..........the GMC was a 91 and the foam had disintegrated.
Yeah, getting the headliner out is surely the hard part. I started a while back and gave up cause I couldn't see a way to get it out without taking out the seats. At that point I decided maybe the sagging didn't bug me so much after all. Thanks for the info!
