well yes they are useful and i wish id had one a couple of times.. but its just teh fact they are so high its funny to think that your cab would almost be totally under water! heheh.. its probably that high for the reason of water might splash into it if it was lower though.. and no i didnt know that ford stopped giving their vasiline out with every purchase! cutbacks cutbacks

The cost of this thing is around 600. Since my truck is already on 37's and it picks up a tire just climbing some driveways I think I'll just spend the money on 4.30's and detroits instead. Never had my truck in more than 2' of water and probably wont go looking for the 5' mark.
